About our Mansfield flooring contractor crew

Our story, from restaurant kitchens to concrete floors
I spent years cooking in restaurant kitchens before I ever ground a slab, and the first thing a kitchen teaches you is that the prep decides how the plate turns out. Floors work the same way. I learned this trade working under a coatings installer, then started our own shop here in Mansfield in 2023, and we've been a flooring contractor in Mansfield, TX, ever since.
Homeowners call us about garages, basements and pool decks, and business owners call about shop and kitchen floors. What I care about most is the part you can't see once it's done, the grinding, cleaning and testing that happen before any coating goes down. A floor that looks great when we leave and peels later isn't one I want our name on, so I'd rather tell you a slab isn't ready than rush it. I'll admit I get a little excited about a strange floor, and I'll ask a lot of questions before I suggest a fix. You can see everything we do from our home page.

How we work on your floor, start to finish
These are the things you'll notice from the first visit to the day we pack up, and nearly all of them come back to getting your concrete ready before anything goes on it.
Most of our time goes into the prep
We grind, clean and repair your concrete before any coating goes on, because a finish only holds as well as the surface it's sitting on. When a floor peels, the problem is usually something that got skipped underneath.
We check your slab before we quote
I look for moisture, old coatings and glue when I come out, so you hear about a problem at the estimate and not after the floor is down. Then I'll tell you plainly which product fits your space, even when the simpler option is the right one.
The person who quotes runs the job
I come out to look at your floor myself, and our own crew does the work with me running it, so nothing gets lost between what we talked about and what gets done. That's how we back our promise of satisfaction guaranteed on every job.
Licenses, insurance and city permits for your floor
Fully licensed and insured
Fully licensed and insured. That covers you and your house while our crew is grinding and coating, and it's a fair first question to ask any flooring contractor.
Mansfield permits when a job needs one
The city's Building Safety Department issues permits for construction, alterations and repairs to a building or its systems, so when we're not sure your job needs one, we ask them before we start and take care of it if it does. If your floor is part of a bigger remodel, the city has each electrical, plumbing or mechanical sub register and pull its own permits.
