Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Bedrock Mansfield Concrete Coatings website and any work you hire us to do. By using the site, asking for a quote or scheduling a job with us, you agree to them, so if you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work through it.

If a signed quote, proposal or contract for your job says something different from these terms, the signed document controls for that job.

What we do

Bedrock Mansfield Concrete Coatings is a flooring contractor in Mansfield, TX. We install, repair and prepare concrete floors for homes and businesses, including epoxy and polyaspartic coatings, polished and stained concrete, overlays and sealing. Our home page lists the services we offer and the cities we work in, and our About page tells you more about our crew. We are fully licensed and insured.

Descriptions, photos and color samples on the site are general information. Every slab is different, so the color, texture and flake spread on your floor can look different from a photo on your screen or a sample chip.

We decide whether to take a job after we've seen the site, and we may decline work that we don't think we can do well.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free, done on site and obligation-free. Each quote is based on what we can see and measure at the visit, such as the square footage, the condition of your concrete, the system you choose and how much prep the slab needs.

Some problems only show up once we start grinding, like old coatings, glue, deep cracks, damaged concrete or moisture coming up through the slab. If we find something that changes the work or the price, we'll stop, show you and get your approval before doing anything extra, and any approved change is added to your job in writing.

Nothing on this website is a price offer. Your price is the one on your written quote, and that quote is good for the period stated on it.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We set your install date once you accept the quote. Dates can move because of weather, temperature, humidity, moisture in your concrete, material delays or an earlier job running long, and if your date has to change, we'll tell you as soon as we know.

You agree to give us clear access to the work area, along with power and water where the job needs them, and to move vehicles, stored items and furniture unless we've agreed to handle it. Keep people, pets and vehicles off the new floor for the full cure time we give you, because using it early can damage the finish and that damage isn't covered.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (817) 405-3758 as early as you can. If we've already ordered materials for your job or started prep when you cancel, you may owe for those costs as stated in your written quote or contract.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are listed on your written quote or contract. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is complete.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, and you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs to the extent Texas law allows.

Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover

Satisfaction is guaranteed on every job, so if something about our install isn't right, tell us and we'll come back to look at it and make it right. The length and terms of any written warranty for your floor are stated in your contract or warranty document, and those terms control.

Our guarantee doesn't cover problems caused by things outside our control, such as moisture or movement in the slab, new cracks in the concrete, settling, harsh chemicals, misuse, skipping the cure time or normal wear. Warranties on coating products come from their makers and follow the makers' own terms.

Except for what we promise in writing, and to the extent Texas law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Information on this website

We try to keep the site accurate, but some information may be out of date or contain mistakes, and we may change it at any time without notice. The site is provided as is, and you use it at your own risk.

If the site links to another website, we don't control that site and aren't responsible for its content.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Texas law allows, Bedrock Mansfield Concrete Coatings is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the website or our work, such as lost use of your garage or business, lost profits or inconvenience. Our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under Texas law.

If we disagree

If you have a problem with our work or a bill, call us at (817) 405-3758 or send a message through our Contact page first. Most issues get settled with a visit, and we'll work in good faith to fix the problem before either of us takes it further.

If we can't settle it within 30 days after you tell us about it, either of us may take the dispute to mediation or to a Texas court that has jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes apply to use of the website and to quotes given after they're posted, and they don't change the terms of a job you've already signed for.
